The Centre on the Europeanization of Norwegian Law (CENTENOL) vart offisielt opna mandag 22. mai. Senteret mottek 21 MNOK frå forskingsrådet. Forskinga ved senteret skal særleg fokusere på trygde-, utlendings- og arbeidsrett.

Finanstilsynslovutvalet, kor mellom anna Førsteamanuensis og BERG-medlem Ingrid Barlund var medlem, har levert NOU 2023:6 «Finanstilsynet i en ny tid». Utvalet føreslår mellom anna å styrke uavhengigheita til Finanstilsynet. https://t.co/uwZtIG1ziU
