Last summer (2018) I said yes to the opportunity of joining a startup. Life has been exciting since, and I wanted to share my experience here on Twitter.
#Change and #growth are fun indeed! But most people resist them because of one thing: taking #risks. Yes, you need to shake up yourself a little bit. But the payoffs is big - personal growth, and sometimes, in bank account too!

Not only in #startuplife but whenever people work and life together #conflict will arise. Too often the focus stays on tasks and deliverables, and the #interhuman problems are ignored. I have seen this fester and hamper #cooperation. Be brave and act. #TeamIsKey
Sometimes #startuplife can feel overwhelming, but when we get together with the team i feel energized again. Facing the challenges in front of us together. #TeamIsKey
In #startuplife creating your #businessModelCanvas is like making a first sketch of your #startup, while making the #FinancePlan is like colouring in the pieces. Not photorealistic yet but it is getting more lifelike
#startuplife is exploring the unknown. You cant be restricted to the skills you picked up in school or during your career. If something needs to be done you better start doing it. No mind if you dont have any experience in the field. You better learn it now. #practicallearning
So exited! We have been invited to the @hellotmrc Global Summit for #deeptech startups. Come and meet us at the #HTSummit in Paris on 14-15th March 2019

I always loved getting out if my comfort zone. Not as such (per definition), but for the great feeling afterward when you have done something new and exiting. Definitely useful in #startuplife as there is something new around the corner every step of the way.
Nothing is sure in #startuplife, they said, and I have found that to be true. We started with a medical application, but we had to pivot due to lack of market opportunity. We are now working on a #soilscanner for #precisionfarming and it looks promising. A tough call but a good 1
I have always worked in regular jobs, not seeing myself as an #Entrepreneurial type, but when @Hightechxl contacted me to join a @CERN tech driven #startup I started saying βyesβ and it has been a great experience.
