Extremely disappointed with the service experience from Honda.
My Honda CB350RS (DL3SFZ3896) has been lying at Sai Shreeja BigWing Okhla for 45+ days after an accident.
Timeline:
• Jan 29 – Bike submitted
• Feb 10 – Claim approved, promised repair in 10 days
For 45+ days my bike is just gathering dust and I haven’t received a single proper update from the service centre or Honda.
This is not the experience I expected from a premium motorcycle brand.

Timeline:
• Jan 29 – Bike submitted
• Feb 10 – Told repair will be done in 10 days
• Feb 23 – Bike still in the same condition
• Feb 27 – Second promised date missed
Complaint raised with Honda, but closed after I was told parts would arrive in 2 days. Now again told 10–12 more days.
Meanwhile the bike is just sitting there gathering dust. Who takes responsibility for this delay?
