HR professionals' role isn’t just to manage noise, it’s to understand silence.
To check in, not just during appraisals, but during normal days.
To ask, “How are you really doing?” and wait for the real answer.
You slept on your bed under a duvet because of the cold
Some toddlers slept on bare floor in the rain after a long day of torture
Yet you defend the government that rehabilitate the terrorists when they are caught?
You won’t escape God’s vengeance!
If you continually quiver out of fear of what others will think of you at work especially when it comes to taking initiative, showing ownership and making decisions, you'll never truly step into leadership.
Happy International HR Day to the people handling recruitment, interviews, onboarding, resignation, managing office drama, staff complaints and salaries
We really deserve our flowers abeg 👏🏾
Office politics exist in every workplace. Understanding who influences decisions and controls information is professional awareness. You can navigate it with integrity. What you can't do is ignore it and expect fair outcomes.
My goal is to ensure that the voices of our people are clearly and accurately presented at the National Assembly and that their concerns are translated into meaningful action and impactful policies for the benefit of all.
