raised a request to port out 3 numbers in the same account. D primary no. has been portedout, D plan has been dropped on d other 2 no. so now we are unable to use the internet. D request for portout has been rejected as d bill was not paid

@Airtel_Presence I didn't receive anymore calls so I didn't reply earlier. Now when I talk to the cust. Serv. they say I never requested for port out. How the hell was your retention team calling me if I didn't request a port out? (Issue handled on facebook)

I'm porting out of airtel as I have DND on my no. and airtel can't stop the marketing calls. Guess how they show they care about their customers. Now they are calling me multiple times to ask why am I leaving the network. 4 calls and counting

Surprising how you allowed the primary number to be ported out without paying the bill and kept as stranded without any internet with the logic that the plan was attached with the primary number and as the primary number has been ported out, the standard plan has been activated.
