My home was under construction at the time when I bought 3 Lloyd air conditioner . after 6 month of purchase i installed them .. now after 6 months of installation iam getting an E5 error in one of my air conditioner .. (1)

now today i filed a ticket for service . the engineer told me it will be 8-9k inr for replacement of motor .. your products are so faulty which did not last even 6 months? now engineer saying its 1 year and 15 days so service will be chargeable.. seriously ? (2)
