.@Trustpilot We reported a 1-star review on our profile that is a 1:1 copy of a 10-year-old post published on LowEndTalk. It appears to be plagiarised, and there is no evidence it reflects a genuine customer experience with our business.
Despite providing this evidence, Trustpilot closed the case without addressing the copied content or asking the reviewer to verify their experience.
Likely plagiarised review:

Can someone explain how a review copied word-for-word from another website complies with Trustpilot’s standards for authentic reviews? No evidence was provided when requested they are the original poster from the 2015 post or evidence of their interactions or billing proof that they were a customer.
Shortly after this review was published, we also began receiving unsolicited emails offering to “boost” our Trustpilot rating through review services. We are not suggesting these events are connected, but the timing makes Trustpilot’s refusal to investigate an apparently copied review even more concerning.
Wishing everyone happy holidays! We hope you had a lovely Christmas and wish you a Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued support throughout 2025.
