Great observation from our friendly neighborhood rheum: encourage your patients to take pictures of their joints/rashes/etc (well lit, appropriate exposure) PCPs may need to start tx and they need to see original state of disease!

New Favorite #MedEd thing: Engaging our @RossMedSchool #MS4 students on Sub-Internships in teaching (with faculty guidance/support, obvs) our Core #MS3 folks. Keeps us in tune with what is Step/Shelf relevant while we chime in with clinical expertise/experience.
