Autists and ADHD’ers may be harder on themselves and hold themselves to higher standards than most people do, because we are so used to hearing that we’re “not enough” or “never get things right” that we come to believe that we are perpetually failing and must try harder.
Important to remember, just because someone isn’t posting about it on social media doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. So many are fighting battles behind the scenes.
What children need when the pandemic is over: children’s centres, playgroups, youth clubs, sports clubs, swimming, music & drama groups, days out, birthday parties, visits to museums, the theatre, cinemas, residentials, outdoor ed. What they don’t need: more maths and English.
Trying to remain positive and creative whilst being unable to work is proving difficult 🙈 hopefully have some new artwork pieces put together and completed by next week though✨✨✨
I’m sorry but I find it a bit of a joke that retail stores can open soon but tattoo studios can’t? It’s such a more sterile environment, way less footfall, people being more contained in their own spaces/not touching loads of stuff that other people will?? Make it make sense
@BrothersInktatt Very true, if private rooms are required we may be ok for now but we won’t know fully until we get some further info.
Stay safe :) if you need anything feel free to drop me a message whenever x
The next 3 weeks is going to be pretty hard hitting financially and our studio had already chose to close a week before this 🤯
Trying to make this positive and to keep being productive especially with a 9year old at home 🙈
@ohabioh@GraceBeeUK@Streaky23 I found the link quite useful so for the next 3weeks atleast my studio will be closed. It still didn’t lost all types of business/work, my dad is also co structure but has chosen to pull his work force away from sites..
