3 I will show any &all people in any job respect- especially airlines right now. But this employee & the other attendants were out of line, unprofessional & the reason @SouthwestAir gets crapped on so much. I’ve loved you up until this point but today violated my rights.

2 - mom and who has PTSD and 2 young children. Your attendants watched as I helped her & sat my own nephew, only to let someone else sit next to him then argue with both the other mom&I. Again- DO BETTER. Stop letting people hold 3-5 seats and bring 8 people along. @SouthwestAir
