@epicpersonas I use Figma, which I use for almost everything work related: layouts, user interfaces, notes, user reseach, prototypes, insights, moodboarding,.. Another option could be Photoshop, as I still edit photos there.
I have few issues. Firstly, the UI falls short on these new features. Panning and zooming are cumbersome to use, and you always end up with many versions, wasting a lot of time in this process (bye bye fast hours). When zooming out, you lose resolution, which is already low, so it's not really optimal. Additionally, some of the shots nowadays are awkwardly cut, with headless people waiting to be panned...
Secondly, the new model seems to be focused on the sweet spot of glamour portrait shots, and I feel that it's losing some of the wide spectrum that it used to be good at. I don't know how to explain it, but I sense that the creative possibilities are becoming more narrow. I couldn't recreate some of the shots that I prompted a few months ago, no matter how hard I tried.
I have high hopes for v6, but I have a feeling that without the new web UI, it's not going to be what I hope.
The Egyptian gods are not happy.
I'm having a bit of a "meh" moment with Midjourney. I'm not so impressed with the latest updates, so I'm not as keen to play with it as much as before.
@iamneubert@Porsche@PorscheNewsroom Looking gooooood!
Personally, I have a mild dislike for the "32k UHD" style of prompt, but could someone please explain to me what it actually does?
I really hope that future versions of midjourney add more control to set up these images. However, I'm not sure if using text prompts is the best way to accomplish this. It will be interesting to see what the future UI for midjourney looks like. I have to say that having Photoshop-like 'Generative Fill' style edit would be really cool and a nice addition to have.
๐ฉ๐ชDeutschland 1979
I've been watching HBO's Spy/Master series and had an idea to try recreating a similar kind of agent story set in Germany in 1979. However, I had to abandon the agent story because some of the shots just failed, and I wasted hours and hours... So here are just some random shots from that era, and they are probably not that accurate ๐
