This discourse & "outrage" is so stupid because these people don't realize that none of the art in the book is how it HAS to be. They're different ideas & scenarios you COULD have

D&D is literally make-believe with rules. It doesn't have a single setting or single universal lore. Hell the Player's Handbook is the most lore-free one we've had to this date

We’ve seen a character similar to “Ember” in season 2 episode 7 with Fizz’s stalker, but the portrayal is more toxic while here it’s kept to cringy. Both are reminders not to take celebrities and their fiction too seriously.

I love how this episode is so split, you either loved or hated it and surprisingly I found myself enjoying it. I think a lot of that comes Monica’s wonderful performance. She was able to capture the “cringe” comedically.
