Got a few new books to add to my stack this week. Started Team Human and hope to finish before an upcoming surgery. Saving the rest for rest and recovery.
In another life, it was the golden path of Ginkgo leaves amassed on the sidewalk that thrilled my eyes, but these last few weeks I can’t stop thinking about the hue of chartreuse in the last bevy of chlorophyll of the season.
*hums a little tune inspired by a network outage*
We’ll make the world over
Dance in the clover
So lean on my shoulder
While the WiFi connects
*spends the next day glued to a screen answering emails about extensions from said outage*
Can the divine meet us in our dreams?

Last night I met a kind old man known by some as the “Dream Keeper.” We bottled our dreams like fireflies in Mason jars and deposited them into his care. #dreams
It is with heavy hearts that we share that Eric Carle, author & illustrator of The Very Hungry Caterpillar and many other beloved classics, passed away on May 23rd at the age of 91.
