@wizzair Thanks - I did all that. I tried 5 cards and 4 devices - from someone who works in IT for one of your competitors, I know whose problem it is. Your agents will not do anything without payment, but they cannot take it.

@wizzair Thank you. So do I go by https://t.co/vat9gaWtqR guidance or what you are saying on your website? Cause they're 2 very different things. Wizzair seem to refuse to carry anyone on a Romanian ID card even thought they're also a British citizen and they'd be allowed in the UK.
