@PrisonersAdvice Would recommend Prisoners Advice Service to all Prisoners and families. Brilliant Team, extremely helpful especially Nicki Rensten who helped my brother to get a decision resolved.
Thank you β₯οΈ
@havalina9 @hmpps@RobertBuckland @lucyfrazermp @havalina9 Do you know or recommend any firms for Human Rights for Prisoners particularly restricting a child to visit a family member in prison?
@InsideTimeUK Indeed definitely need to keep up with technology. Currently video calling is in a limited amount of prisons, I wish the @MoJGovUK started this service earlier during the lockdown and adds more prisons so family can stay connected :)
I would advise everyone to download and get verified beforehand as the service will be very popular and to avoid delays.

Great News for prisoners who have not seen family and friends since the suspension or visits.
Prisons will be required to download the video call application and get verified.
@PurpleVisits Indeed it takes a few seconds but if verification is rejected you have to upload all the documents again (Not just the rejected one) . People sometimes put Ids (Passports) away in safe places, Just something you can improve upon to improve user experience.
Thank you.
@PurpleVisits Would you be able to enable uploading pictures (ID) and documents (Proof of Address) I took pictures and one document was rejected and now I have to take pictures of all the required documents again. It would save time and help people.
Thank you and Great work.
@MoJGovUK Great news, Please keep this service operational after Covid-19 for prisoners who live far from family and for those who are unable to travel to visit due to health etc, family ties are extremely important.
@InsideTimeUK I'm glad it is free to prisoners during this difficult time, hopefully after the lockdown this service will still be offered to prisoners and will be affordable as many prisoners live far away and visits are difficult.
