Could be he doesn't care either way and is getting paid to talk like the dude promoting AI. That's not a better motivation.

AI is the culmination of a suicidal push to separate humanity from the analog and infinite in pursuit of the material/particle/self destruction/finite.

Geniuses would be creating symphonies like Mozart. Designs to rival da Vinci. Humane tech like Tesla. Clean fusion energy, studying zero point energy, forwarding synergistic science and fueling the big questions.

Geniuses would be enlightening the masses to the nature of the matrix not dumbing them down and hiding information to rule in a dystopian hell. Real geniuses work to co-create in heaven not rule in hell, not create hell of a beautiful heavenly natural world.

Geniuses would help bring a new Renaissance rooted in humanity, unity, and abundance for all with the careful conscious integration of technology not enslavement to and elevation of it above humanity.

@Emolclause The logic ain't working with this sociopath. Even if they got rid of the debt it'd be questionable with the costs involved. The fact that they didn't and he's so smug about the costs proves it wasn't about the debt, it was about indulging in unchecked sadism.
