KC and Aniya’s incompatibility is partly bc of their socioeconomic status and I don’t know why ppl are tiptoeing around it. KC and Tierra come from the same walk of life. Aniya’s upbringing kinda made KC feel away and vice versa. All them dog whistles were quite evident.
I’m sure KC does come across as ‘normal’ to the average Black man because he is the perfect case study of the average straight Black man’s use of pro-Black rhetoric to cloak his misogyny & entitlement to Black women’s bodies.
