@SamsungAU Hi, I'm having continuous issues with my Samsung S20FE, it's not connecting to mobile data after being used on our home WiFi, I'm having to restart the phone all the time to get it to connect. I've done a few problem solving things already but still no good. Help!!

@SamsungAU That's ok, I've resolved the problem by researching others having similar issues, it's a build up of stuff that gets caught between the metal grate and filter under the rubber ear grommet. It seems to be a common problem with either left or right buds. Cleaned it & sounds better

@SamsungAU Hi there, I purchased some galaxy buds plus & they've been perfect until just recently. I've got a problem with the right bud & the sound is really low even when turned up high. Is there any trouble shooting tips for this or do I return them to get replaced? Thanks

@VodafoneAU hi there, I'm looking at upgrading phones/plans for myself & my wife. I've just had a quick look & it looks like you can add more than 1 phone to a plan. Is this correct? As my 2 sons and myself and wife are all with vodafone. Wanting 2 phones and bring 2 over. thank

@netflix hi there, I've been receiving e mails stating that my accounts been updated when I haven't done anything. How do you go about determining a scam e mail and the real ones? Cheers
