the fact that most of European fans are already paying to travel for the concert since they are coming to 5 cities and now they came up with these ridiculous prices is making me mad af. the hoodie is more expensive than my concert ticket how is this possible ffs
@thvsugax If you have a warehouse in your country, then you will receive reduced shipping fees and not have to pay additional tariff charges.
Instead of complaining about pricing, you should be requesting them to do a distribution center centralized to Europe.
European ARMY are really losing their minds over merch prices as if they don't know the EU has border taxes, VAT, import fees, EORI registration requirements, and a bunch of additional costs that don't exist in the same way in other markets.
Did you honestly think those extra 20%+ just for VAT were going to come out of the company's pocket?
Comparing EU prices to South Korea doesn't really make sense. South Korea is the home market, where production, distribution, and logistics are much simpler and local for the company.
By that logic, even U.S. merch prices are extremely expensive compared to Korea.
@neonraynbow volevo comprare la stessa cosa e mi sono cadute le braccia, sogno i pop up vuoti e le file per il merch inesistenti ma purtroppo sappiamo che non succederà
