@BuffBunnyMika I've lost over 10 lbs since 20th 9f last year, cutting bread and dairy products mostly. Lifting about the same if not a little more since then and eating more veggies and oatmeal. Got 18-20 lbs more to lose till I get under 200. Gonna drop to 190 before this year ends. 😡
