@callistoanman@FelixSchlang@Jordanguidry6 They make these articles to gather data on new designs. Muh valuable data still very much is muh valuable data.
Other companies aren't this open in their testing manners. That's why it feels like every test gone wrong is a major setback.
@ThreeDeDaniel@lewisknaggs42@TrackingTheSB@FelixSchlang@Erdayastronaut You fail to see most 3D artists see their work as art, something AI is notoriously bad at, because it can’t grasp emotions.
AI has the possibility to be an amazing tool for humankind, yet it’s guys like you who ruin the name for everyone.
@ThreeDeDaniel@lewisknaggs42@TrackingTheSB@FelixSchlang@Erdayastronaut Daniel, there’s a clear difference between using AI the way it’s meant to improve humanity with, and the way you’re using it. You’re right to say AI has potential in improving as a tool for humans, but it is unnecessary for 3D artists…
@ton_aarts 38 explosies? Bron?
This isn’t how it should be...
As the creator of WAI since 2019, I’ve seen the online space grow challenging, especially in the spaceflight community. A recent post directed at me with false claims, alleging violence, and suggesting physical harm, stands out as a troubling example. It’s personal for me, but it’s also a call for the community to step up and oppose this kind of behavior.
I share spaceflight content on YouTube with enthusiasm, and being public-facing brings its share of feedback. I get it. I'm the guy in front of the camera. Yet, the negativity building up is at a new height. This isn’t just my story. Every creator, from gaming to tech, faces similar pressures from unfounded attacks and harsh comments.
The spaceflight community, which I cherish for its curiosity, is deeply divided. I’ve had restless nights and questioned my approach, a struggle I know other creators you very likely know share. This isn’t how it should be, and it’s up to us to change the tone.
This issue goes beyond me. Every creator risks facing such hostility, where even small, repeated criticisms build a tough burden. And it’s not enough to ignore it.
I believe the spaceflight community has the power to set a better example. Instead of letting these attacks slide, we should call them out and encourage respect. This isn’t about silencing opinions but about fostering a space where passion thrives without fear of personal attacks or physical harm. The responsibility lies with all of us to shift the culture.
We can turn the spaceflight world into a place of collaboration, not conflict.
It took me a while to find the right words for this post and, as always, I hope that others see it the same way. I'm not giving up hope. I never will.
Let's make a difference.
@FelixSchlang I thought this era of @YouTube was long gone. Very scary to see some angry people who know their way around can still make a channel disappear without repercussions.
Hope this gets resolved very quickly! ❤️
Update on Our Current Situation
As some of you may have seen already, WAI has been removed from YouTube.
Someone out there wants us to go down. To that someone I’d like to reply: You will not succeed. You will not win and we will prevail stronger and more motivated than ever before to spread the word about spaceflight and the greatest transformation in human history.
I’m collaborating closely with @TeamYouTube right now to uncover what went wrong and restore our channel as quickly as possible.
This serves as a poignant reminder that hate has no place in the spaceflight community. Those who spread negativity or target creators across platforms should be firmly excluded from our shared spaces.
By allowing hate to take root, we risk causing real harm to everyone involved.
I started this channel because I was and am enthusiastic and hopeful about a better future for humanity. This motivation is what carried the entire team for six years, and guess what! We’re not done yet! 🔥
A heartfelt thank you to all of you for the overwhelming wave of support pouring in through emails and DM’s. The entire WAI team is truly grateful.
You truly are the most incredible community out there!
I’ll keep everyone posted on our progress.
Love,
Felix & Team ❤️

The damage to the stand itself possibly looks refurbishable. Lots of damaged plumbing. The pad structure is destroyed.
