I have waited long enough. My cancelled ticket refund of ₹6,180 was marked as "Sent to Bank" on 16/07/2026, but despite repeated follow-ups, the Refund Reference Number / UTR has still not been provided.

@RailwaySeva @drmbct Railway has repeatedly stated that the refund was sent to the bank on 16/07/2026, but despite several requests, the Refund Reference Number (RRN/UTR) has still not been provided. Axis Bank has officially asked me to submit the Refund Reference Number to trace the refund.
