iOS has just passed the review by Apple. From this point it usually still takes a short while for the update to actually propagate through the AppStore, but you can already start to check the iOS AppStore for update 5.24.0
Android is still awaiting review by Google at the moment

Note: As of right now, the Website https://t.co/eifgAfs9Dl is already up to date. The Android App (Version 8.28.1) and iOS App (5.24.0) are both submitted for review to Google/Apple and should be available shortly.

We've released two big updates to iZurvive this week with improvements to the lootmap for all DayZ Maps! 🎉
Loot icons on the map are now clickable (long tap in Android/iOS) to show more details, the wiki has usage & category information and you can customise the icons on the map
