Common mistake companies make is to think that the story tells itself .
In my experience, we buy stocks because the CEO narrates the story and paints the picture in a relatable, sensible, inspirational, way that gets investors motivated to get involved. Creating a sense of urgency so investors don’t want to miss the opportunity.
If investors have no idea who the CEO is they also can’t repeat the story well.
I’ve found great CEOs create evangelists to tell their story to the masses.
All great stocks have great CEOs

estimates are for 50 to 200 bps (.5 yo 2% ) of a drop to the 30 year mortgage as a result of ending QT.
90% of homeowners have a mortgage lower than 6%. That drop in mortgage rates would start to unlock the existing home sales market.
Depending on your income level 30-65% of homeowners net worth is tied up in their homes.
