@Gareth_Roberts_ @CooperativeBank Isn’t it so frustrating. I once got told by a call handler to go to the Twickenham branch, I told him it was closed but he insisted it wasn’t. I arrived and yes, it was closed. All to reset a password theyd blocked in error. I no longer bank with @CooperativeBank
