Say you didn’t get all the alters of lilith on eternal character… but you got them on season. does it crossover or do I have to go back & get them all again on my eternal character?

Ive contacted support & they replied almost a week later not even responding to the fact I don’t have access to what I paid for… I opened it again when they closed it so fingers crossed they reply soon 🤞
