@Deliveroo@DeliverooHelp. You can’t put peoples food on the floor when they’ve asked you not to in their app. Some people suffer with OCD. And this can have an impact on their mental health. This is wrong on every level. Then when you don’t accept the food you put delivered.
@Deliveroo according to your “representative” this isn’t a damaged open item? Item isn’t crushed / spilled when it clearly is, this has gone beyond the value of the item or money, this clearly shows very poor business management when you’ll willingly rip off your customers.
