I think that what Andrew played he ultimately had permission to share. However it would be disingenuous to say that a clip of the owner saying he didn't have permission wasn't also played. Did you listen to Andrew's whole livestream? If so the very first clip Andrew played was of the owner saying he does not give him permission to share it out. Ultimately we only have the owner agreeing that Andrew can record. It's all irrelevant because Utah is a 1 party state meaning as long as one person in the recorded conversation is aware and agrees to the recording and sharing.

No they wouldn't bring the owner up on the stand for an opinion. Nope. I watch trials and lawtube as a hobby. Andrew is now asserting opinions as fact to support his circular arguments. Diligent is sticking to how investigators investigate and court officials officiate. Every argument Andrew has for Candace's evidence he doesn't apply to the evidence he has released. And Andrew keeps moving the goalposts to attempt to get small wins but diligent is too good.

@EsBigred @DiligentDenizen @Tailziez I listened to Andrew's live. The owner did not say it was selectively edited. His only issue is that it was shared publicly. Utah is a one party state so as long as one party is aware of the recording the it's not illegal to share the audio.

If it was included in the trial they would call the servers to the stand not the owner who wasn't even there.

Those of us with a high IQ know exactly what AW is doing and quite honestly this is not the subject for people with tactics(including lying)who put on an act. We want authenticity, honesty, truth, facts, logic, and common sense. I will be happy when I don't hear his name on a daily basis.
