So @AlbertsonsCos no one will even discuss the matter and with us and they require that we wait for a call? They have been promising calls since 4PM yesterday and no one has called us.
Why would @AlbertsonsCos take $450 for an order, not attempt to deliver the order, not reschedule the order, and require we initiate some kind of process & wait un unspecified time for a refund? After 2 years or more of delivering large orders every month?
To be clear @AlbertsonsCos they admit that they took the $450 for the order, that they did not attempt to deliver it, and that they won't commit to a refund until some kind of "review." And that they will not commit to *any* time frame for at least refunding the $450?
So @AlbertsonsCos are not suggesting that they delivered the $450 order & someone has been here constantly to receive it. They say they can't refund the money or reschedule delivery w/o escalation process & they say they can't say how long this might take, maybe day mayb months
Despite having placed at least 100 orders @AlbertsonsCos for delivery & spending well over $10,000 apparently they will not let any deliveries ordered by anyone be sent to this house, to help a housebound disabled diabetic in need of food and the $450 of his that you have taken
They refuse to even release the $450 @AlbertsonsCos without going through an "escalation process" an our receiving a phone call, and they can't even say that the call will come today or within the next week.
In order to help the disabled diabetic @AlbertsonsCos we called customer service many times after the passing of the promised 5PM delivery; we had been told constantly that the $450 order that we had paid for would be delivered. It has not been

we are having enormous problems with online delivery service. We placed an order for about $450 to be delivered yesterday by 5. It did not arrive; customer service promised many times to escalate and call back but never did.
