But we have several categories like OTC medicines (ibuprofen, dextromorphan, budesonide, etc.) vs. prescription medications like Morphine, Clonazepam, etc. Difference is, we're not treated like actual children with Ibuprofen.

Yes, I do view that as having a vast negative impact on quality of life. Silly of me to expect actual first world amenities.
