It appears MLFB’s S1 has been put into effect.

They have agreements for two equity line financing deals.

The league had players removed from their training camp hotels in Mobile, AL in late July 2022 due to non-payment by the league.

The league says they will play in 2023.

MLFB has filed their S1. They are now waiting on SEC review and approval.

Many vendors are still owed money at this point in time.
