Recent work has highlighted significant blue-sky potential across the Project, identifying several compelling opportunities within the highly prospective I-Zone-Crayfish Creek Fault corridor
At the Eureka Gold Deposit, we plan to continue advancing the deposit through additional step-out drilling at both Eureka and Shabaqua, complemented by targeted infill drilling ahead of our maiden mineral resource estimate later this year.
We will then look to move the drill in early autumn to the I-Zone / Crayfish Creek Fault sector with our fleshed out targets and expect to keep the drill rig busy throughout the rest of the year.
Supported by a strong treasury, an extensive land package, and a robust pipeline of exploration targets, we are excited to commence what we expect will be a highly active and catalyst-rich exploration season.

“We are extremely pleased with the metallurgical results from this second round of tests, showing robust head grades, improved recoveries for both gold and silver, and consistently high gold recoveries across all three veins,” stated Robert Archer, Pinnacle’s President & CEO. “Although broader in scope than the Phase I round, these tests were still run using simple baseline parameters with very little optimization, leaving room for even further improvement. The mineralogical tests have identified the dominant minerals present and demonstrate consistent grain sizes for both gold and silver. With that information, we were able to conduct tests using a finer grind and achieve a slight increase in both gold and silver recoveries. While the gold recoveries were consistently high between the three veins sampled, silver was more variable and additional testing will determine whether the veins will be blended at the plant or batch processed to maximize the silver recovery. Furthermore, the lack of improvement in recoveries through the addition of a gravity circuit means that we will not have to incur the cost of adding this to the plant. Overall, these results are providing valuable information as we streamline the flow sheet prior to rebuilding the plant.”

Gull Lake Rare Earth Property (See Noble Press Release November 17, 2025)
The Gull Lake Property, located in north-central Quebec, consists of two claim blocks strategically positioned approximately three kilometers east and west of the Montviel Carbonatite-hosted Rare Earth Element deposit. The property is road accessible.
The Montviel deposit, owned by Geomega Resources Inc., represents one of North America’s largest bastnaesite-hosted rare earth element resources. The deposit is also enriched niobium, neodymium and praesidium has become an important strategic critical minerals project in Quebec.
Noble’s summer exploration program at Gull Lake will include prospecting, geological mapping, sampling, and reconnaissance-scale evaluation of prospective carbonatite and alkaline intrusive targets associated with the regional Montviel intrusive complex. The Company believes the proximity of its claims to the Montviel deposit provides excellent potential for the discovery of additional REE-bearing carbonatite systems.
The 2026 exploration campaign is designed to advance priority target areas identified through compilation of historical geological information, regional geophysical datasets, and interpretation of favorable structural and lithological trends associated with carbonatite-hosted rare earth mineralization.
