I have booked one ticket in Sushan Express (22200) from nzm to gwl for journey on 23.12.2022 (PNR:2515317669)..it was scheduled to arrive at 00:45 at nzm station and now it is delayed by around 6 hours.

Seems like a computer generated response.
No talk whatsoever about refund rules/TDR & retiring room portal issue.
Not a satisfactory reply, not even the diplomatic way of
