Couldn't agree more.. I've had the same tenant for over 10 years, a single mum with now a 14 year old.. We've had our fair share of payment issues.. but the property's immaculate.. no complaints from neighbours and she's brilliant with maintenance and repairs.. I've been lucky, really.. But when she eventually moves out? I'll probably sell or look into short term guests.. Heard far too many horror stories to fancy trying my luck twice.. 😂

@samuel_leeds @Amandatleeds Fair play.. Kids don't need business class just because Mum and Dad can afford it.. But lecturing everyone about the value of hard work while the nanny handles four kids in economy? Lovely.. Nothing teaches hard work quite like watching someone else do it.. 🙄

@slava_invests Everything's getting crushed? 😂 Perhaps I'll stick to waste management, freight transport and scrapyards.. At least in those businesses, crushing things is part of the plan, not a financial disaster.. 🙄

I'd put something small like $200 into $VST and $100 into $IREN.. VST actually produces the electricity AI needs, while IREN offers more upside if AI infrastructure spending keeps growing.. Both have earnings coming up, so a decent bounce is possible.. Small gamble, nothing more.. If I'm wrong, it's $300, not my retirement fund. 😂

@slava_invests Turns out buying everything labelled ‘AI’ wasn't terribly clever.. Meanwhile, bins still need emptying, freight needs moving and cars need scrapping.. $WM, $CNI, $RBA, $CPRT.. Boring, but they actually do something useful.. Perhaps they should slap ‘AI’ on a bin lorry.. 🙄

1/14. Well.. I seem to have found myself a new hobby.. Arguing with @Ford ..🙄 One UK registered Puma, regular trips to Europe, and apparently a full-time job explaining Ford's own system to Ford.. Oh and I own Ford shares. This should be fun..🧵

@Ford @forduk @FordNL @SutherlandFord 13/14. I'm a Ford customer & $F shareholder.. So I pay for the car, spend hours explaining the problem, and then help finance the customer service department telling me to ring someone else.. What a clever investment I've made.. 🙄
