A while ago, I put a face behind @HatcherLabs.
Today, I want to reintroduce myself through what I’ve actually built.
I’m Cristian, 29, based in Romania, and a software engineer for the past 9 years.
Most of my career was spent in embedded systems and automotive software, environments where reliability is not a marketing claim. You plan for failure, verify assumptions, inspect what happened, and take responsibility for the outcome.
That mindset now shapes the two products I’m building:
@HatcherLabs is infrastructure for launching and operating production AI agents.
Builders can turn an idea into a hosted OpenClaw, Hermes or IronClaw agent with models, tools, wallets, schedules, integrations, logs, files, terminal access and live controls without having to assemble and operate the entire stack themselves.
@EquiFold is an onchain launchpad and programmable portfolio platform on Robinhood Chain.
Creators can launch tokens with liquidity locked from day one, choose markets against ETH, USDG, tokenized stocks or custom assets, and launch one token across multiple independent trading pairs.
Equifold also introduced Folds: one transferable NFT that can own an entire visible onchain portfolio. A Fold can contain tokens, NFTs and even other Folds — then move or be listed for sale as one complete portfolio.
One product operates autonomous software.
The other creates onchain markets and programmable ownership.
They may look different, but they come from the same conviction:
If software can act autonomously or control real value, it must be observable, verifiable and operated responsibly.
I’m still hands-on across product, architecture, code, infrastructure, deployments, incidents and support.
Neither Hatcher nor Equifold is finished. Both are evolving in public. I’ve shipped things, broken things, fixed them, reconsidered assumptions and kept building.
This isn’t a victory lap or a fundraising pitch.
It’s accountability.
My real name is attached to the work. Hatcher is operated by my Romanian company, HHX Technology SRL. My professional history is public, and people know where to find me.

If you’re building AI agents, onchain markets or infrastructure that needs to survive beyond the hype cycle, my DMs are open.
Let’s build things that last.
I've also loved trading memecoins before being a dev. Should I create a @fomo account and do some trenching when time allows? Would you be interested in following me?

We’ve been studying what @grok and @xAI get right about making autonomous agents useful through simple, repeatable workflows.
Today, we shipped our Hatcher-native take: Routines v2 + a unified automation policy system.
Users can now:
→ Create agent routines through a simple no-code wizard
→ Describe the objective in plain language
→ Schedule work daily, on weekdays, weekly, or every few hours
→ Set timezone, freshness requirements and acceptance checks
→ Limit AI Credits and maximum runtime per execution
→ Require “draft first” review before results are finalized
→ Control outbound MCP and Operator actions globally
→ Test, pause, resume, archive and inspect routine history
Every scheduled execution becomes a traceable Mission Control task, with idempotent scheduling, approval gates and safety policies enforced at execution time.
No cron syntax. No complicated configuration. No hidden autonomous actions.
Just useful agent automation with clear limits, visibility and human control.
Routines v2 is now live in Hatcher:

Built so anyone—not only developers—can put an AI agent to work. 🐣
We didn’t just add Grok 4.6 to Hatcher. We built a production-grade bridge between Grok @bot and Hatcher agents.
Hatcher Operator is now live: a secure Remote MCP integration that lets @grok and other compatible AI clients interact with Hatcher agents across OpenClaw, Hermes and IronClaw.
What shipped:
→ Grok 4.6 as a hosted model and via xAI BYOK, with a 500K context window
→ OAuth 2.1 + PKCE, rotating refresh tokens and revocation
→ No passwords or long-lived Hatcher API keys shared with the AI
→ Tools to inspect agents and usage, chat with agents, and request start/stop/restart operations
→ Every effectful action requires owner approval for the exact payload before execution
→ Payloads and results are encrypted at rest, audited and safely retryable
→ No wallet, transfer, trading, billing, deletion or secret-management tools are exposed
→ Packaged integration support for Grok Build, Cursor and Codex
Connect it in Grok:
Connectors → New Connector → Custom

Grok Bot brings persistent AI teammates. Hatcher gives them secure, approval-gated access to persistent, hosted agents and their infrastructure.
Built for the new agent-to-agent economy.
