@bradleyrebecca1 @AvantiWestCoast I’m on the 15.03 Stockport to Euston and it has exactly the same issue. My guess is the same train has been going back and forth on this journey all day today and no one has thought to fix the issue. Customer satisfaction clearly not the priority.
