As a #InspireFaculty from @IndiaDST my applications are not considered by various Indian Institutes/Universities.Surprisingly, applications quickly evaluated by abroad selectors. How performance is evaluated in my country for Univ./Inst. #faculty selection?@Ashutos61 @HRDMinistry

DST is not releasing funds for more than 6 months. This includes the salary of Inspire Faculty. 1 or 2 months people can adjust. How can we think of excelling when you are not having salary more than 6 months with families. Even students suffer from no salary @PrinSciAdvGoI

#saveinspirefaculty INSPIRE faculties are slaves in the host institutions. Whenever the host institution need they will keep us and whenever they don’t need they will relieve us, even not allowing the INSPIRE faculties to submit the UC and SE to DST.

Fulltime teaching to UG/PG,Guided(ing) PhDs, having various admin responsibilities for 5rs, can't be Postdoc at all. That's Y we are requesting extension for next 5yrs with proper guideline willhelp to secure most IFs
