Another Victory for the Protection of Hindu Deities, @Nishuazad11’s Account Suspended!

Thank you @X and the Grievance Appellate Committee for acting on the grievance against @Nishuazad11.

On 5 Sept 2026, a formal complaint was filed with X’s Grievance Officer seeking removal of posts that insulted Maa Durga, Maa Saraswati, Bhagwan Shiv and Bhagwan Shri Krishna, along with permanent suspension of the account. After the Grievance Officer held “NO VIOLATION,” an appeal was filed before the GAC (Appeal No. 160795/2026).

The account has now been suspended. Freedom of speech does not include the freedom to deliberately outrage religious feelings. Due process works.

Criminal proceedings have already been initiated, and the Ld. CJM has directed the concerned SHO to file the Action Taken Report on our complaint.
