See You Tomorrow. These three wee words mean a lot more than people think.
They are heavy, dripping with meaning.
Say it different, say it like, I Will see you tomorrow BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE, WITH ALL MY STRENGTH, I WILL, see you tomorrow.
We want people to survive we need to support each other.
Think how to listen more and talk less when someone has opened up about mental health.
You do not need all the answers just listen. When someone struggling feels heard there is hope🤙🏼

Emerging out of lockdown we could have found that we were either told we were some of these or found this out about ourselves.
It could be our children as their behaviours were heightened through the confusing times we lived through. Perhaps we could try to reframe it positively
Todays fast pace of this earth, social media, the pressure people think they are under all contribute to people losing their way. If a moon starts shining though, it can be life changing to sit there in the dark, with a moon shining, and just be.
We need more people to be a moon
