@TwitterDev I bought into the $100 BASIC Tier in hope to get Streaming API V2 working but all I go was `Client Forbidden` errors. Can somebody enlighten me: is the Streaming API V2 included in the BASIC Tier or is that now ENTERPRISE only feature?

@GPGTools If people must pay to use the basic email encryption function you will kill PGP on the Mac. Plain and simple.

@PhpNut @cakephp It's a problem. You cannot easily use the cake shell on OS X, because intl is not installed by default.
