It’s crazy how when you post looking for editors on X it is my biggest post even though it’s 1 in a million. I’m looking for a sales rep can we do the same please.

Now another thing I’m looking for SALES Rep in NZ and Australia the role allows you to apply your skills to success and income. It’s a commission based role that’s uncapped with a few opportunities. Perfect for the likes of a real estate agent or people with experience in construction. I’m looking for General Video Editor that can edit long form all the way to clipping and short form. Alongside motion graphics for VSL videos and product demos. Essentially someone that can handle the whole package for me to go and post. I would give the creative direction eg what I’m looking for I just need someone to edit it.

Paid Marketing or Organic.

This is a debate I have in my head quite often and don’t really know the answer.

Meta ads are great for me it takes out the hit or miss of virality if you can create a good ad you make money.

Where organic it takes commitment knowing how to post the right content and a bit of luck in some cases. But it’s free and can sometimes have more each than paid ads.

What’s your thoughts drop them below because it may help me in my decision.

Are developers starting to become precious? Eg not willing to work with any brand that isn’t a YC funded viral startup?

Or is this just something that shows on X or LinkedIn but isn’t true.

Do I have to create a viral startup and be a Gen Z looksmaxxing, doom scroller?

Well now I’m taking this approach not entirely. Time to grow the personal brand.

Developers dm or comment to be apart of this fast paced environment, bootstrapped startup climbing and scaling and want to be forever building new features. It’s unique.

I’m doing a one week paid hackathon you can be working full time and this could still be for you to see if your skills and culture are a fit for a high C-Level role with potential equity. Working alongside me the founder growing and scaling this startup.
