I think people are still underestimating the power of OP_CAT.

With OP_CAT and some smart schnorr tricks, we will now have the key smart programmability on native bitcoin soon.

OP_CAT creates onchain covenants, which can restrict the output scripts of the specified UTXO. Even though it's complex to construct, once it's live on mainnet, it will be elegant to enable trustless atomic swap and onchain escrow for many dApps.
