I'd rather build:

- Better evals for AI agents
- Git diffs for prompts
- Memory systems that don't hallucinate
- Observability for MCP servers

than another ChatGPT wrapper.

Building a RAG application has changed how I think about AI.

It's less about "prompt engineering" and more about engineering the context.

Turns out, giving the model the right information is often more important than writing the perfect prompt.
