For 10 weeks, we shared the voices and experiences of adolescents in Kosovo — from bullying and stigma to loneliness, help-seeking, and coping strategies. Behind every statistic, there are real stories and voices that deserve to be heard.
Findings from focus groups with adolescents – Report: “Exploring the mental health and well-being of children in rural areas and low socio-economic settings”. Adolescents cope through friends, hobbies & school success. Stigma and uncertainty still block help-seeking.
