Halo, ini Woojin.

Udah lama sejak bahu kananku sering dislokasi, tapi belakangan kerasa makin gak nyaman saat beraktivitas jadi aku ke rumah sakit untuk jalanin pemeriksaan. Dan aku diberi tau hasilnya kalau sendi dan ligamenku kena ruptur (robek) jadinya langsung milih operasi.

Syukurnya masih memungkinkan buat aktivitas sehari-hari kayak biasa sih, tapi buat sementara harus ngehindarin banyak gerak. Aku diminta buat jaga kondisi dan istirahat fokus pemulihan.

Jadi aku bakal fokus buat pulih trus juga bakal berusaha ikut schedule semampuku. Jangan terlalu khawatir yaa aku sayang kalian🤍
