@2SevernBridges@mabsrasool Nonsense. The westbound lanes onto the old bridge were blocked off from the motorway and also from the roundabout. Eastbound looked like it was fine. We didn't add 2 hours to our journey for a laugh.
What you need when trying to get back to Cardiff after landing late at Bristol Airport is @2SevernBridges not knowing if their bridges are open or not. Prince of Wales diverting to M48, that bridge closed too. Fantastic. Gloucester and a petrol station, here we come.

@virginmedia Because your pre-install team insisted we needed external work at the front of the house when we had a perfectly good line in at the back. That's now sorted but my bill is wrong so I'm back to spending my life on hold.

@virginmedia Whatever I do, I end up having to talk to the pre-installation team who refuse to activate anything without a building team, who I don't need but also didn't show up today, signing it off. It's utterly ridiculous.
