@SwiggyCares After no response or updates for nearly 2 hours. I've cancelled my order. Thankfully have received the full refund. However this is unacceptable service and safe to say I won't be using @Swiggy for a while.

Placed an order on @Swiggy from @popeyes_india. Order was supposed to be delivered by 10:18pm, it's 10:34pm as I'm posting this and ordered hasn't even even been prepared yet ? Contacted customer support and have been waiting for 10 minutes with no executive being assigned.

Been staying in Bengaluru for around 2 years now and we've always paid our electricity bill on time, no delays. However @NammaBESCOM can’t even provide round the clock electricity for us and almost everyday we are facing power outages for 1-2 hours ?

Keep trying to contact customer service but all I get is a bot, can’t even talk to an actual person. On top of that the bot continuously keeps changing my arrival time. Not expected @Swiggy @SwiggyCares

@amazonIN It was of no help, it's showing that the item cannot be returned or refunded anymore because it has crossed the time limit. However it hasn't even been a month and this powerbank is defective already.

Recently bought a power bank from Amazon basics. Not even been a month and the power bank has started malfunctioning. All the ports don’t work and the charging cables are loose. Horrible product.
