@CurlyQ42 I have my sourdough in the fridge, it can be there for 2 to 3 weeks without being fed. I take it out the evening before baking, it wakes up, I feed it and in can be used. It's maybe a little less powerful as a well-fed dough, I add a bit of yeast to compensate for that. 🍞

We met this red fox in a tiny village in a forest. The people living there had befriended the fox and gave him treats, so he approached us. We had sandwiches with us and gave him some pieces - he seemed to like them 😍
