We’re proud to celebrate our Inter Pipeline team who participated in the #CalgaryMarathon this past weekend!

Competing across 5km, 10km, half and full marathon distances, our team demonstrated what it means to stay active, support one another and work toward achieving personal goals.

Events like this are a great reminder of the importance of physical and mental wellbeing, as well as the value of coming together to support the communities where we live and work.

Inter Pipeline is proud to have supported @RobbNashProject's youth mental health concert in Fort McMurray. Using immersive concerts and powerful storytelling to engage audiences on topics like mental health and suicide prevention, The Robb Nash Project creates a thought-provoking and inspirational experience for many Canadian students.

• Over 50 employees volunteered to support event logistics for the approximately 1,000 students and guests attending last week's concert.

• More than one million students have been reached through The Robb Nash Project's school performances since 2009. We're proud to stand behind their work and continue supporting youth mental health initiatives.

As we wrap up #EmergencyPreparednessWeek, we're reminded that preparedness starts with planning ahead both at work and at home.

Throughout the week, employees participated in hands-on activities, from building emergency preparedness kits and taking part in emergency response exercises to completing first aid training. While this week underscores the importance of readiness, safety is IPL’s top priority year-round. We regularly conduct drills, exercises and incident simulations to ensure we’re always prepared to respond.

Recently, Inter Pipeline hit the ice at our second annual All-Company Hockey Tournament in Lamont, Alberta! This #EarthDay, we’re sharing some moments from our 2025 Clean4Change events.

Clean4Change brings Inter Pipeline employees out into local communities to help pick up trash and reduce plastic waste - an initiative launched by the @EndPlasticWaste to help end plastic pollution and protect the places where we live and work.

This #NationalVolunteerWeek, we’re giving back through a series of volunteer events during our iCare Volunteer Take Over Day!

Inter Pipeline employees rolled up their sleeves across Strathcona County and the surrounding area to volunteer with five of our community partners: A Safe Place, @LinkingGenerat1, @KidsKottageYEG, @StrathconaFB, and @BGCStrathcona. From baking and preparing care packages for seniors to painting rooms that support families in need, each volunteer activity was a reminder that small acts can make a big difference.

As we celebrate #InternationalWomensDay, we’re proud to recognize three Inter Pipeline leaders who advocate for conversations about inclusion, leadership and supporting women across the energy and petrochemical industry.

Earlier this week, Lisa Albertson, GM of NGL Commercial, spoke at the Canadian Women in Energy - Calgary Chapter Women's Day panel, sharing insights from her leadership journey and the importance of creating inclusive, supportive workplaces. Later this week, Jacqueline O'Toole, Director of Pipeline Operations, will join Canadian Women in Energy - Edmonton Chapter's panel, continuing the conversation on this year's #GivetoGain theme and her own path as a leader.

We also recently had Kimberly Benedict, VP of Heartland Operations, participate in the Advance: Women in Manufacturing - Keys to Success webinar, contributing her perspective on career growth, mentorship and the skills that set leaders apart.
