@cat_cat_@RMTunion@RMTLondon 2.5 hours is extra and banked days meaning 10 weeks A/L per year does it not?
Isn’t the framework, rosters, duties, work locations and overtime all agreed by the RMT……. Good to see them accepting they got it wrong.
@twieneruk@truemagic68 Docklands are on strike next week as well as they have a train captin and can’t run without one so therefore that argument is not valid
New £63 million boost for Britain's electric vehicle revolution https://t.co/BEHRVqXnjT
I’m sure some of these companies will be over the moon about it when they are charging 80p per KW. To expand the EV generation they need to cap the price so it’s not an absolute rip off.
Our members have their boots on the ground, Matt.
They're in a drivers cab, onboard trains, in stations and out, in all weathers, maintaining and repairing our railways.
Why on earth would we resist modernisation?
Happy Christmas all, especially my @ASLEFunion brothers and sisters who stood strong in the face of a corrupt tory government.
Enjoy your festive holidays 🍻🍺🎄👊
Rumours that RMT called off strikes because TfL made an offer they thought was acceptable but after TfL offered ASLEF a 4-day week for Tube drivers RMT have decided the offer to non-driving grades isn’t good enough
And that’s why I’m in ASLEF not RMT
@Tube_Worker And the RMT could affiliate to the Labour Party and have a platform without going straight to costing members money as first port of action.
@NormanBrennan@Allanwild Not true. Drivers on London Underground do not work ANY rest days they work 5 days per week. Only overtime they might get is if they unexpectedly finish late. ‘Highlight a fact that is not a fact’
Hey @YvetteCooperMP isn’t this misogyny now classed as terrorism?
What’s happening @ukhomeoffice@CPSUK Are you going to brag bout his arrest and quick sentencing. Because this is miles worse than a social media post
This is the "man" who assaulted a waitress in @NandosUK in Stratford, London.
If you can identify him please DM me in total confidence, or contact @MetCC.
the police were present at the time, I reported it to them and they let him go without taking his details or checking the cctv. i filed a complaint against the officers and their supervisor got back to me and essentially said “they’re humans and made a mistake”
Staggering that those in the industry have failed to deal with this toxic situation - separate disputes from pay - its not difficult to understand. @ASLEFunion
Last Friday I was robbed as I was walking to Paddington station after a lovely day sightseeing in London my mobile phone was stolen by a criminal on foot, obviously I reported this to the @metpoliceuk they were kind and thoughtful but after many days of inaction and the fact I could track the phone to a mobile phone shop on the Edgware Road and told the police this they have done nothing the phone is still tracking to this phone shop Qtel 123 on the Edgware Road. To me this shows the police do not care about theft or crime only arresting people online!
